As a Transport Administrator at Dagab's warehouse in Hisings Backa, you play a key role in the daily logistics flow. You ensure that the right customer is handled at the right time, that the loading process runs smoothly, and that each driver receives correct transport information. The role involves having full oversight of the picking flow, adjusting orders as needed, and acting quickly when something deviates, for example, if a picked pallet is missing or has been incorrectly picked.

As a transport planner at Dagab, the main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating loading and staging customers in the loading area

• Ensuring that the right driver receives the correct transport number

• Checking that the correct number of pallets are scanned at departure

• Searching for missing or delayed pallets

• Monitoring and directing the picking flow, splitting orders as needed

• Supporting departments with issues during order handling

• Confirming pallets in case of printing issues

• Ensuring that the right customer is picked at the right time

In Summary: Support the ranking in the daily flow.

In this role, you will primarily work evening shifts, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM or 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, on weekdays, but weekends may also be required.

The position starts with a training week in May, followed by a schedule that extends throughout the summer.

You will work up to full-time throughout the summer, with the possibility to work extra during the semesters.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to the Axfood group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. They also develop their own brands, including Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart.

• You must be at least 18 years old

• Available for full-time work during the summer

• Good Swedish & English in spoken and written form

• Have another main occupation of at least 50% (for example, studying, sports, running your own business, or other work that you can verify with documentation)

• Previous experience in administrative work, preferably within logistics

• Studying a higher education degree in logistics, engineering, or equivalent

• Knowledge of SAP
